Go to Dashboard or use WPA App to make your claim

Before making a Dental Treatment claim in the online dashboard, or on the WPA App, please note the following information:

  • You can only claim for eligible treatment that you have received – not future treatment.
  • We will require the dates of treatment, the amounts paid and details of the treatment provider.
  • A pre-populated claim form may be generated at the end of your claim process for you to complete. We’ll ask you to email this completed claim form and include any invoices (itemised receipts) and proof of payment. Without this we will be unable to proceed with your claim.

To access your online Dashboard you will first need to activate your account. Your Dashboard account is personal to you, so each individual on your onemedifund subscription (from 16 years old) will need to create their own account.
